Great ending, but why don’t people put collars with I’d tags/contact information on their babies? Chips are great, but the immediate ability to ID and call owners sure would eliminate a lot of situations when they go astray. What a beautiful Vatos Locos Tattoos Shirt! Gotta ask though, wherein high holy hell are those dogs’ collars?! How do you own a dog & not keep tags on them for this VERY reason?! Straight up irresponsible.
