These videos tear my heart out! That dog was so scared of a person! He must have suffered greatly at the hands of someone! I May Be Old But I Got To See All The Cool Bands Shirt. It is awful that somebody can keep an animal out in the cold like that and not feed them just terrible thank you for the person that helped.
